Hello everyone! I'm Jen Roberts, and & I'm the one who will be: answering your calls & emails as well as designing, baking, decorating & delivering your cake! Unlike other cake studios & bakeries in the area, Sweet Element is a one woman cake shop (with a hand every now & then from this awesome guy).

After graduating from The French Culinary Institute in December 2004, I started handcrafting cakes & chocolates for friends, family & coworkers, and Sweet Element was born! Creating edible works of art has been & continues to be my passion. I find it extremely rewarding to work side by side with my clients to turn their inspirations into cake.

Depending on the complexity of the cakes on the books, I usually take no more than 3 cakes a week, and I request a *minimum* of 4 weeks lead time (generally 2-3 months is preferable) for cake orders.
